We are a small nonprofit. Please be patient and understanding with us! It is just a few of us making these cogs turn.
Wait period?
Please expect a response time of 1-3 business weeks. This would include donation shipping, booking communication, etc.
When do you operate?
The days that we could operate would be on Saturday or Sunday.
Do you offer emergency services?
Unfortunately, we do not offer emergency services at this moment.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. We are tax-deductible. If you donate, be sure to claim us on your taxes! This way you get more money for doing good!
Where do you operate?
We primarily operate around the Dallas/Forth Worth area. The main cities (in Texas) are the following: Frisco, Corinth, Denton, Little Elm, Lewisville, Richardson, Allen, Highland Village, Sachse, The Colony, Carrollton, Wylie, Plano, Addison, Farmers Branch, McKinney, and Prosper.
Are you accepting volunteers?

Are you connected with any cities or organizations?
We are fortunate to be a part of the Prosper community! We are working with the town hall and other local nonprofits to better improve the community.
How can you help our techs?
Please try to ensure your home is accessible and operable for our techs. Please remove any hazards from the required workspaces before the techs arrival.
Are you a faith based organization?
Yes we are! The whole start and end of this organization will revolve around trying to do the good of God.
Do I have to be a person of faith to receive help?
You do not have to be a person of faith to receive help. Though, we hope you recognize our faith by our deeds!
