How much does your services cost?
Here at Alleyway Angels we think giving is better than receiving! We try our best to offer free services when we can. Though, this does not apply to all our endeavors and transactions.
Do you offer emergency services?
Unfortunately, we do not offer emergency services at this moment. Please reach out to other professionals to handle any immediate and dire issues.
Are you accepting any volunteers?
Alleyway Angels is open to volunteers but it is on a limited basis. Please reach out to [email protected] and let us know if you are interested!

How can you help our techs?
Please ensure that the work areas are safe, operable, and free of clutter. This way we can ensure that your needs can be serviced with efficient methods, while also maintaining a safe environment for our techs.
Where do you operate?
The two main areas of operations is around the greater Austin and McKinney areas (in Texas, USA). Though, if your area isn’t around these locations, please reach out to [email protected] to see if we can accommodate you.
When do you operate?
Our days of operations are on Saturdays and Sundays. Though, if we can, we will try our best to connect with you on our off days.
What is the delivery period regarding donation incentives?
The protocol that Alleyway Angels operates on in a two business week pre-order for the donation incentives followed by an up to two business week deliver time. Though, please recognize that this is the “worst case scenario” for we will strive to get it you much sooner that! Our typical pre-order cycles end on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month.
Do you offer refunds?
Alleyway Angels does not accept refunds. Due to our tax-exempt status, donations and purchases may be eligible for tax-deductible status, which can potentially benefit you during tax returns. Please consult a financial professional for advice before making any decisions regarding your donations or purchases. We recommend donors be aware that we are not licensed financial professionals and are not responsible for any financial actions taken.
Why can’t you service me?
We are so sorry if this happens to be the case for you. There could be a multiple reasons for this to happen. And unfortunately, one of the major ones could be a lack of resources (i.e. money) available. This is a bitter truth about being a nonprofit. Though, we will not forget you, and we want you to keep asking! There may come a day were the answer is an outstanding YES and not a no.
